The 17th Interdisciplinary Cerebrovascular Symposium (ICS 2020) will take place between October 28th and October 30th of 2020. It will continue the rich tradition of bringing together international experts in aneurysm and cerebrovascular research. This is an open forum for basic scientists and clinical researchers to exchange ideas and collaborate in scientific endeavors. The meeting was started in 2004 by Prof. Daniel A. Rüfenacht, Prof. Pedro Lylyk and Prof. Makoto Ohta; since then the ICS has become a premier meeting to disseminate cutting-edge research at the interface of medicine and engineering. We are delighted to organize this meeting for the first time in The Galapagos Islands. This is the ideal setting to exchange ideas and foster collaboration among world experts and to enhance the understanding of aneurysm pathophysiology and cerebrovascular disease. The conference program will include cutting edge research presentations, vibrant scientific discussions and networking opportunities.
